TRM News update for May 2010
Written by Administrator Tuesday, May 25, 2010
Greetings and Salutations to all,
It is the middle of May and the year seems to be rushing right by. We are living in such a wonderful hour and season. The Lord is sending the winds of revival throughout our churches in a powerful way. It is true that the latter rain shall be greater than the former. It is time to step into the water and go way down a little bit deeper. I pray the power of the Holy Ghost sweeps over you, your family, and your churches throughout the remainder of this month and the rest of the year.
The last month has taken us from West Virginia to Missouri, Arkansas, and Tennessee. We have seen over 20 filled with the Holy Ghost over the last 4 weeks. We have seen many people healed by the power of the Holy Ghost over the last 4 weeks as well. We had one young couple come into a service bound by oppression and depression. They were gothic. They were wearing all black, chains, necklaces, earrings, and tattoos all over them. They were dealing with spirits that were attacking their minds and spirits. However, in the Presence of the Almighty God they began to tremble and shed tears. The Spirit of the Lord covered them. They were delivered from the Spirits of oppression and depression. They were gloriously filled with the Gift of the Holy Ghost. They were changed forevermore in the Presence of God. To God be all the glory!
We were in West Virginia this past week for our District Conference. We had a wonderful time in Huntington. Our District Superintendent Brother Garlitz delivered a masterful message on Thursday night entitled, “Stay the Work”. Then on Friday night Our General Youth President Brother Shay Mann preached a message entitled, “Empowered for a Purpose”. Our young people filled the altar and one was filled with the Holy Ghost. On Friday afternoon Tiphanii and I were honored by the ministers of the West Virginia District in that we were elected as the new West Virginia District Youth Secretary. We are very excited to serve our District in this capacity and will fill the position to the very best of our ability with the help of the Lord. We have a great passion for this generation.
In closing allow me simply to admonish you to keep on keeping on. Allow the Lord to use you in a mighty way. Remember nothing else really matters. We love you all and we are praying for you all. Continue to be challenged, changed, and consecrated in the eyes of the Lord.
Yours in Christ,\
Justin Meadors
