Dear Pastors, Ministers and Fellow Laborers:

I have had the distinct pleasure of knowing Justin and Tiphanii Meadors for quite some time both as friends and in their capacity as an evangelistic team working out of the West Virginia District.

I have been most impressed with their commitment to reaching the lost of our generation and their willingness to be servants.  Their dedication and commitment are outweighed only by their character and integrity.

In having observed them at our district functions and in local church services in our district, I have noted a caliber of ministry and character that is outstanding.  They have been very helpful to me personally at our camp meeting and with any other assistance I have requested.  They both have the heart of servants and are willing to offer of themselves in order to be a blessing.

Their ministry would be a great blessing to your church.  I have heard wonderful reports from many pastors and churches that have been blessed and strengthened as a result of their ministry.  Justin’s preaching is fiery, anointed, and Biblically sound and gets the job done.  Tiphanii is the perfect complement.  Her kindness, pleasant demeanor and compassion are great assets.  They are both great representatives of the Lord Jesus Christ.
