Justin has been blessed with a great heritage. He is 5^th generation Apostolic and 3^rd generation preacher of the Gospel. He was born in St. Louis, Missouri on January 16, 1987 and grew up in Southeast Missouri. Justin received the Holy Ghost and was baptized when he was 6 years old. Justin was called to preach at the age of 12 in 1998. He preached his first message at 13 years old, he held his first revival at 15, and has been evangelizing since he was 18. Justin was involved in the Bible quizzing program for almost ten years. His team won first place at the national Bible Quizzing tournament in 1998. Justin also won quizzer of the year in 1998. Justin has memorized over 4,000 verses through the Bible quizzing program. Since his days as a quizzer Justin has served as an official at nationals. Justin went to Bible school at Texas Bible School in Lufkin, Texas. Justin received license with the U.P.C.I. at 18 years old. He now holds a general license with the organization. Justin now resides in Charleston, West Virginia.

Justin has had blessed with tremendous leadership in his life. He has been mentored by great men of God such as, Rev. W.H. "Billy" Cole and Rev. Lee Stoneking.  He has had pastors in his life such as, Rev. Charles Carr Sr. of Doniphan, Missouri and Rev. Bryan Parkey of Poplar Bluff, Missouri. He is now under the leadership of Pastor Anthony Moss in Charleston, West Virginia.

Justin met the love of his life, Tiphanii, in August 2007 and they were married in August 2008. Since being married Justin and Tiphanii have evangelized fulltime. They base out of North Charleston Apostolic Church (NCAC) in Charleston, West Virginia, under Pastor Anthony Moss. They are active in the West Virginia District of the U.P.C.I., under Brother Daniel Garlitz.

Going into His tenth year of ministry Justin has preached and ministered in churches, sectional rallies, Holy Ghost crusades, healing conferences, youth camps, and prayer conferences. He has preached in many states across the U.S..

In August 2008, Justin and Tiphanii launched The Rock Ministry. TRM is an international ministry designed to help churches reach their cities and to encourage believers become all they can be for the kingdom of God.

Justin has a tremendous passion for world evangelism. We must reach the whole world with the whole Gospel.

Tiphanii Meadors

Tiphanii (Witt) Meadors was born on the third day of October 1986. Tiphanii was born and raised in Charleston, West Virginia. Tiphanii is 5th generation Pentecost. Tiphanii received the Holy Ghost and was baptized when she was 8 years old. Tiphanii was involved in the Bible Quizzing program for 7 years.  Tiphanii has memorized over 3,000 verses through the Bible quizzing program.

Tiphanii has been blessed to be under great leadership. Rev. W.H. "Billy" Cole was her pastor for years and she is now under Pastor Anthony Moss. She is actively involved in the West Virginia district of the U.P.C.I. under Brother Daniel Garlitz. Tiphanii works at Sunday-School and Youth camps every year in the district. Tiphanii is actively involved in ministry at her local church. She has helped teach children’s church and she is active in helping with youth services. She has been on the praise team and ensemble at her local church. Tiphanii also helps in many areas of fundraising for her local church.

Tiphanii attended West Virginia State University and obtained an Associate’s Degree in elementary education.

Tiphanii met her husband Justin Meadors in August 2007 and was married in August 2008. Since being married they have founded TRM and are currently full time on the evangelistic field and loving every minute of it.

Tiphanii enjoys traveling, meeting new people, and trying new things. Tiphanii’s passion is seeing souls saved. We are trying to reach the whole world: one soul at a time.
