TRM is the international ministry of Justin and Tiphanii Meadors. TRM is based out of North Charleston Apostolic Church (NCAC) in Charleston, West Virginia under Pastor Anthony Moss. TRM is active in the West Virginia District of the U.P.C.I. under Brother Daniel Garlitz. TRM was founded by Justin and Tiphanii Meadors is August 2008. TRM is a fulltime evangelistic ministry. TRM is a non-profit organization.

TRM holds conferences, crusades, and revivals across North America and throughout the whole world. TRM has seen hundreds filled with the baptism of the Holy Ghost and thousands of healings in its ministry.
